The HSPD 6614 VulcanShield™ Beige/Tan Fully-Reinforced Edition is engineered for demanding industrial welding, heavy metal fabrication, and high-heat shop tasks requiring extra grip strength and seam reinforcement. Constructed from high-grade beige/tan split suede cowhide, this glove provides robust protection against flying sparks, spatter, and surface friction.
To withstand continuous tool abrasion, this model features a heavy-duty split leather palm reinforcement patch with multi-directional cross-stitching. The overlay spans the primary palm impact zone and extends cleanly into the thumb crotch, doubling material thickness where wear is most severe. Inside, a soft thermal fleece lining cushions the hand against radiant heat, while a sturdy denim lining backs the gauntlet cuff to maintain sleeve structure and absorb wrist sweat. Light-colored welted leather piping shields critical seams from spark burnouts, and every joint is bound with burn-safe Kevlar thread for long-term performance.
Designed to prevent fatigue during extended shifts, the glove incorporates a natural angled wing thumb pattern. The extended safety gauntlet protects the wrist and forearm from heat and spatter, neatly finished with a self-leather turned hem to prevent fraying.
