The HSPD 6401 VulcanShield™ Golden is made for welders and metal workers who need to move their fingers easily while keeping their hands safe from heat. The hand part is built entirely from soft white goatskin leather, which is light and bends easily with your natural grip. This flexible leather lets you feel the smallest details of your tools and torch, making it easy to feed welding wires without taking your gloves off.

To protect you from burns, the glove has a wide golden-yellow roughout leather cuff that goes far up your arm to block flying sparks and hot metal pieces. Every single seam on this glove is sewn with super-strong Kevlar thread that will not melt or snap when things get hot. We also shaped the thumb to match the natural resting position of your hand, and we left out the seams on the side of your pointer finger to stop painful rubbing.

A built-in stretchy elastic band hugs the back of your wrist to keep the glove fitting snugly and to stop hot sparks or workshop dirt from slipping inside. The wide opening of the cuff makes it easy to pull the gloves off in a hurry and fits comfortably over thick jacket sleeves.
